All our menus are tailored to suit your own personal preference and of course budget. This menu just gives you an idea of our food style but naturally we can simplify it or jazz it up, you can have one course or ten!…its all about you!

Sample A la Carte Menu

Entree

Seared scallops with a mint and pea fritter, lemon butter sauce.
Sticky BBQ pork belly, summer potato salad, sage and apple compote
Over the moon brie on thyme infused toast with caramelized pear and shaved jamon.

Main

Eye Fillet of beef grilled with chunky fries, sweet onion and truffled béarnaise.
Teriyaki glazed salmon fillet on a sesame noodle fritter, with crispy coriander prawn.
Free range chicken breast filled with a prawn and lemon mousse on a crispy basil risotto cake with a champagne reduction.
